Working Together
I’m currently open to new opportunities, collaborations and conversations. Peruse the three ways we might work together, and if you have a whole other notion, well, I’m open to that too (tell me what you’re thinking over here)
What the Stuck?!
Circling on something that’s got you stuck? Maybe you’re in a season of change and what’s next is still fuzzy. Perhaps you’re too close to an idea to see the next step, or whether it has legs. Maybe you built a program, and it isn’t landing the way you intended, and you can’t see where it’s off. Or you know exactly what’s next, and you’re not doing it, and that’s the part worth looking at.
Free. One thing you’re stuck on. 30ish minutes. The first one’s on me, and deliberately so. Why? I love these types of conversations. And if it ever leads to working together, we’ll already know if we’re a good fit.
Half an hour may not untangle everything; some stucks need more space and consideration. What it does do is move the thing: the question underneath, the next move, the unexpected source of the stuckness. Often that’s all it takes, because once it shifts even a little, your own brilliant mind will pick it up and run.
I hold a few spots a month. Tell me what you’re circling, and I’ll reach out about scheduling it.
Consulting
My expertise lies at the intersection of strategy, systems thinking, design, and the experience people have inside what you’ve built. At the center is holding the founder’s intention as the lens.
A few of the ways that can show up:
- Looking closely at a program already running, the intended outcome, and the experience your people have inside it (the communication, the pace, the handoff between phases, the ending, and what comes next). If there’s misalignment, I’ll find the gaps and design the fix.
- Taking a strong idea you’re not sure how to build and giving it form. The architecture, the plan, the sequence.
- Designing and building the first version, then handing it to whoever will own it. Or designing it alongside them, so it’s theirs from the start.
Every program makes a promise. What I look for is whether that promise matches the experience. If they don’t line up, everyone feels it. The people who built the thing and the people they made it for. I care about both.
Whether I’m fixing what’s already there or building something from nothing, the work is the same: aligning the promise with the experience.
Thinking I might be of help? Connect with me here, and I’ll reach out so we can talk it through.
Wildcard
Have an idea that’s been percolating? Something you’ve never done, and you know collaborating will take it further than you could alone (not to mention more fun)? Get in touch, and let’s put our heads together.
Hélène
A name that needs explaining…
Hélène is French (as am I),
so the H is silent.
For now, forget how it’s spelled, and try this:
Pronounce it like the two initials L.N.
Then say it fluidly, without pausing between the letters. Give it a shot and we can refine when we connect (which I’m very much looking forward to!).
